Gentle Yoga
Welcome to Gentle Yoga with Nigel Walker.
Gentle Yoga exercises help release stiffness, increase elasticity, improve muscle tone, correct bad posture and retain or regain balance. Yogic breathing calms the mind and increases oxygen supply to the blood. The comfort of a chair makes it easy and provides reassurance.
Nigel has practised yoga for over 40 years. He is a qualified Sivananda Yoga Teacher and is certified by the British Wheel of Yoga to teach the “Gentle Years Yoga” method.
Classes
- Wednesdays 3.30 – 4.45 pm, Castle Acre Village Hall, Norfolk
- Thursdays 3.30 – 4.45 pm, online on Zoom. Join us from anywhere!
Prices
- Village Hall & Zoom : £7 per class or £21 per calendar month
